Hi there! We should probably introduce ourselves here, because we are going to be spending some time together! We are a wife husband wedding photography team and we are excited to share your day with you!

When you book your 6, 8 or 12 hour wedding day, you get both me (Heather) and Seth. It’s basically a bonus photographer at no extra cost to you. This is why – Seth is not only my second photographer, he’s my husband, he’s my emotional support person. We come as a package deal.

You might be wondering – Heather, Seth is your husband, does that really make him a photographer? And I’ll tell you this – YES. He’s there to capture different angles during your bride and groom photos, he can gain a different perspective during your reception while I get up close and personal. He helps me keep those family photos running quickly and smoothly. So yes. He’s a true second photographer. Seth always grabs some behind the scenes shots for me, which I always love to have lying around. He also makes sure I drink enough water so you know, I won’t pass out on your wedding day.

I also like to bring Seth along so that while I’m spending time with the bridesmaids and bride, he can hunt down the groom and rally the guys for those throwing-back-a-beer images and the groom’s father fixing up his son’s tie. This gives me so much more time to focus on my bride because we all know that it takes 2.5 seconds to do those groom photos!

If you are wondering if he will live up to your expectations, you don’t have to worry. He clicks away the day of the wedding and then I take all of his images, peek at each and every one, and choose the ones that I know will give you the very best variety of views from your wedding day. I edit each image to fit the style that you’ve come to know and love from my brand. I always include a bunch of his photos in my galleries – you can see some of those galleries here. He knows what I like and he knows how I would shoot if I were the one shooting from the angle he has. That’s why we are the perfect team for your wedding day.

I keep forgetting that we also have a DRONE! It’s super cool, but we haven’t used it much yet. Seth is the pilot. If you’re interested in drone shots – we can test our skills. It’s not something we are promising as a part of our packages just yet, but more of a thing we pull out occasionally for fun. I’m hoping to get more use out of it this year and put that husband of mine to work!

So, when you ask if your package comes with a second photographer, the answer is yes. If you’re worried about an extra cost, don’t. There is none. Well, I lie. We like to eat, so an extra meal at dinner time is always appreciated 😉
